Well this was the guns chance to prove it's self. I hear about how good those Savages shoot. This session I just SLAPPED together some rounds loaded to max COAL. 4 bullets- 2 to 8 powder charges on each. I have been very obsessed in the past with reloading, testing all kinds of stuff. This time....
NO brass weighing (even mixed LC 82,83,84 head stamps)
NO Match/BR primers
NO weight sorting bullets
NO $200 trigger
NO bedding the action
NO bedding the scope base
NO Measuring guns O-give to the lands and varying .010"
NO measuring ammo co-centricity
NO neck thickness checking
NO type S bushing dies with varying the bushings
NO annealed cases
Shot in less than perfect wind conditions, still very light
I could go on but this is getting boring, you get the idea. Lets get to the good stuff. Here are the groups and data!

I see two big pluses, the groups are mostly under 1". There are a couple with 5 shot measurements under .5"
It shoots good enough to keep and better than a more expensive gun I have.
