What QD rings in 30mm would you recommend on a 30-06 with a picatinny rail and which ones would you definitely avoid?

Warne, Leupold QRW, Talley, have true QD levers as well as Larue.
There are many with a nut that I consider QD but require a tool(nut driver/wrench).

Avoid anything China.
