I have a 110 with top bolt release and a blind mag. I have located a detachable mag setup from a 116 but it was with a bottom bolt release. Will it work on my 110?

I think you will have to change your sear. I assume the "set up" includes the stock.

Yes it comes with the stock too.

The sear has nothing to do with the DBM. Use your original top bolt release. The only thing you will have to do is add shim washer under your trigger guard to bring it up to height.
