Hi Folks,

New guy here, and kinda new to the Stevens 200 as well. I'm sure this a no brainer for you seasoned Stevens guys, but I was wondering, given the magazine configurations & action screw spacing were the same on both guns, if the factory Tupperware stocks were a drop-in swap between the two calibers. The .243 stock is cammo and the 22-250 is grey and want to swap them around.

Thanks for any input you may have to offer.

If the magazine cutout and bolt spacing is identical, swap away. Takes about 3 minutes, give it a try and you will know for sure quickly. Good luck! -MAZ-

Thanks. I didn't know if caliber had any effect on the stocks being interchangeable. Figured I'd ask first before I started messing with them. Appreciate the help.

The 243 magazine is different than the 22-250 so swap them as well. 243 should work OK in 22-250 mag but the 22-250 in 243 mag may give you trouble with the rounds popping free during feeding.

YBSwitch away. I switched a 22-250 with a 300 WSM just to try it and they were the same. Except for the mags of course.
