As I get closer to ordering all my tidbits for my 20 VT, I keep finding new things to ask. The base rifle will be a 223 Hog Hunter (which I don't yet have), and I am confused as to whether the Score-Hi follower will or won't work in the HH. I've read some things that say yes, some say no... But those bits of information are not referring specifically to a Hog Hunter. Does anyone know if this will work or is a waste of time? Thanks!

Here is the part in question: BRF-423

That Score-Hi follower is for Staggerfeed actions. All the Hog Hunters are Centerfeed, so you need a SSS follower for a short action, as to the best of my knowledge they are the only ones making a follower for the Centerfeed actions.

****... I was hoping to avoid having to do business with them. They are nice people, but quite difficult to place an order with.

If you become a paid member here, you can throw up a WTB ad and probably pick one up. That's how I picked up 2 out of the 3 I have.

Besides gaining access to the classifieds you gain access to more "articles" and "how-to..." type of stuff as well. Best $15 I spend each year.
