Hi all, I recently was given a preaccutrigger .17hmr, it's grey laminated stock and heavy barrel, not sure of the model number for certain as it's not sitting here with me. My question is, can I buy an accutrigger to put in it or comparable? I think it seems like a cool little gun and since I got it for free figured May as well upgrade the trigger as everyone loves the accutrigger. Thanks in advance.

Most find that the Shim Trick (http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46774) described over on Rimfire Central will net a light enough trigger (2-3lbs) on the pre-AccuTrigger Mark I/II & 93R rimfires. If you want something lighter and/or just don't like the idea of the shim truck then your other option is to spend $90 or so to purchase a SAV-R (http://www.riflebasix.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&selectOpts=1&products_id=183) replacement trigger from Rifle Basix which should get you down into the 1-2lb range.
