20 vartarg twist, how fast

[short round]

My 20 VT 12 twist is about done for at 5000+ rounds. What would be best for bullets in 40 gr range, 10 or 11 twist ?

I went with 1-11 in my McGowen 4 groove 22" barrel as I only launch 39~40 grainers. Works perfect!
