Yep...you read that Model # right. Savage was tight lipped when I called and asked about 10 rd mags for this model. They got really weird and didn't want to say anything else about it. It doesn't exist on their sight, and no one seems to know anything about it. Any one have any Ideas?

Yup, that model is a distributor special and not a regular catalog model, but they are all over the interwebs.

If you want 10 rounders, call Dan @ Dark Eagle Customs. Otherwise, 4 should be plenty for all except possibly match shooting or tacticool.

I just Hit 40 and have been doing 4 man team tacticool matches. I usually take a few wounded Marines and have a good ole time. But my body says Whoa more than GO this year. So I'm going to try n slip into the team sniper matches.

No, on the model period. Rumor has it that the were possibly an over run in production for an LE contract... The "P"s were evidently not for the public. I dunno, just forum scuttlebutt.

I have the same rifle and so do a few of us here. Dark eagle customs are what you need. They fit without any modifications.
