Really should not be hard to find,call-1-800-370-0708 ext.6 ask for Effie then find out if they will build it for you. That's the custom shop and they will accommodate you for just about anything you want. She will give you the MSRP, ask her to keep the info then have your dealer(FFL) order it direct from savage.
Problem solved.

Well, I am guessing you are talking about the "VLP"(not LPV).

The differences are pretty obvious, the stocks. Other than that they are the same barreled action in their respective chamberings.

As for finding one, you could try talking to Northlander here on this site. He is a vendor and has some very good prices on complete guns and parts. His listing is in the vendors classifieds section.

For used ones you can browse the various classified sections on different gun sites. We have one here too but you have to be a paid member to access it($12/yr). If you plan on sticking around here it is well worth the money as there are many things available at really good prices.

Don't think you'll find the chambering your looking for in those two models BVSS or VLP. For the 111 Long Range Hunter 25-06 or 300 win mag msrp is $934. Should be immediately available for significantly less more so in the 25-06 than the 300 at least the LRH.

Also considering the calibers your asking about I'm guessing your hunting more than paper punching. The 111 LRH's weigh 8.65lbs and the BVSS and VLP's weigh 10 lbs. I do like the laminated stocks though. The 111BTH weighs in at 7 lbs but I didnt see it in 300 win mag, its a lam thumbhold

Check out the savage site.

What was the outcome?
If you just want to buy a model 111 in 25/06 or any long action with the factory tupperware stock I have a brand new 112 vlp stock that is going to go in the classifieds soon.
