Just got me a new toy,a 250savage. Anyone have any good loads using 87,90, or 100gr bullets and rl17?

How bout any other powder?

Varget and R17 seem to be the go to powder.

I use 36 grains with a 115 berger.

Couldn't find any info on r17 for the 250. I have about 5lbs of it, so take all the info I can get

Try carefully using 4350 data for RL 17 ; If you have RL 15 try it first ; it's super in mine with 87's and 100's.
