A two part question ?

How many of you have used UMC L308W 150gr ammo and how did it perform ?

Also, for reloading target stuff is the Hornady 155gr A-Max ok for 600 yd gong shooting. Want to reach out there, without a lot of recoil, yet want accuracy !

Have not shot factory Ammo in decades. The 155 Amax is a killer bullet just like the 168 and 178. I'm not a fan of the 168 because the 178 does everything better. The 155 can be loaded to 2800 FPS in a 20" barrel and 3000+ in 26". With a good BC and high velocity they are accurate for a long way. Can you say Palma?

If you are asking if it will make it, the 110gr plinker will gladly do that... Are they accurate or not is up to your rifle and loads.

if you can get 1/2-3/4 groups at 100 with the umc 150,s, the tossing them to 600 is a piece of cake.
for me?...i gave the 155 a-maxers a go but found the 150smk,s to keep a tighter and consistant grouping
