I am about to start shopping for a new powder scale and I would like to hear some other folks' opinions before I buy one. I want electronic, but I want accurate and reliable. I would also prefer one that will run off of 110v. I look forward to hearing what everyone has to say.

I have a Redding No. 1 vintage scale, an RCBS 5-10 and a Hornady L-N-L bench scale. They all work very well.

I have the Jennings Mach 20 from this site http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/search.asp?keyword=mack . Its accurate to .02 grains and so far I am happy with it. It comes with a 20 year warranty and that site has the best customer service. I will say this though, I thought I wanted a .001 grain resolution scale and I am glad I got a .02 grain instead. Air movement, vibration and other vactors can make the reading vary. I couldnt imagine the drift I would get with a .001 vs this .02 because I get some here and there if I bump the table or have AC/ Fan on. For the price its an incredible value. I highly suggest looking at other scales they offer on that site if this isnt for you. You dont have to buy a reloaders powder scale to get a good one, I found in my search that reloader scales were double sometimes triple the cost with no added value or resolution.

Ohh yeah and if you go with a MACK get the power adapter!

RCBS Charge master 1500 with the straw mod and reprogrammed speed. Can't live without it!

After checking mine with tuned balance beams and high end electronic scales, watching the weight after the beep makes it pretty dad gum hard to beat.

I'm an old timer....Tuned RCBS 10/10 for me. I don't trust electronics.

RCBS 1500 chargemaster.

I have a true laboratory $2500 scale, 2 electronic reloading scales and 2 balance beams. The one I use for volume loads is the RCBS charge master. I don't know how I ever loaded without it.
