Need suggestions: Action holes canted

Update:

After doing this fix I have put several hundred rounds through the rifle(3-400). Everything seems to be holding up fine. I have not taken the action out of the stock, but I have been checking torque on the action screws. GTG. 8)

Long term update:

This fix is still holding up fine. I've run at least 2,000 rounds since re-tapping the action. Switched barrels once, bedded the action and am now running 35 in/lb front, 25 in/lb rear torque
