I'm going to rebarrel my Savage and trying to find out the difference between the 6x45 and 6mmx223..Is there any?

good choice,I did that last year and really like the 6x45.70 grain sierra and varget or benchmark will be your friends.

without listing exact loads usually what works best for me is the same load that I use for 55 grain bullets in my 223.the varget load is slightly compressed.sending a pm

my 6x45 likes h 322and 70- 85g bullets you are going to like this round good luck

They are one in the same.
I built mine in 2011 & have over 210 coyote and 4 antelope taken w/it.
Coyote loads are with the 58 & 65g vmax in front of exterminator powder & these will drop em at 600 yards with no problem.
My antelope load is the 80g ttsx line & 95g nosler HBT bullet in front of H335.
Accurate as heck & I have no issues shooting past 800 yards when I need to as long as the winds are not 30 mph out here.
