I agree with everyone else, a new stock should help quite a bit. I would definitely look into the warranty thing to see if they'll help you out at all. If they won't do anything I'd look into the Tubb Final Finish bore lapping system. I know a guy that had a similar problem and it worked wonders for him. It will take some life out of your barrel, but it sounds like it would definitely be worth a shot in your case.

I finally got my gun to shoot good. Im not sure which one did it but I bought a one piece rail and a scope ring lapping kit

Shot a four shot group with Three bullets in one hole and one flyer.

My pop who is now 93 and still hunting always said that 2 piece bases were not worth snot.
He has a Browning BLR in 243. At the time he bought it the only bases for it were 2 piece bases and you could not hit the broad side of a barn with that thing.

It was so bad he put it in the safe and did not shoot it for years. It probably shot 6-8" + groups.

I bought a dednutz 1 piece mount for it a few years ago and that did it. 1/2-1" groups with normal ammo.
