Savage Mod 11 Trophy Hunter in 223 rem

Hi, can i use a 5.56x45mm surplus ammo on this gun? To be honest i already used about a hundred of these rounds and it is perfectly accurate on targets for 50, 100 and 200 yards. Any opinion or directions my fellow shooters.

I seriously doubt it will hurt anything as sammi chambers are slightly big anyways.The only thing is full metal jacket and most other military stuff is built to meet a 3moa at 100yds.They will shoot better but if you want good accuracy then high quality factory or handloads will make it shoot even better.
