Will a 22-250 bolt head work with a 7.62x39?

I think you can get a longer extractor from SSS for it to work. But, you would probably be better off with a PPC sized bolt face. I have no experience just going with what I have read on here. A search should reveal some topics about it.

Savage chambers their Scout Rifle in 7.62 x 39, so the bolt head is available from the factory, although you might have to go through your LGS.

I sent mine to Fred at SSS and had him work it to PPC.
