Hey all, I have an early Savage 110, serial number 44,xxx and my extractor is bent so that it does not slip over the rim of the case. I haven't had any luck in finding a replacement, and I've looked EVERYWHERE. If anyone has any tips or parts sellers they could hook me up with, it would be much appreciated.

Not sure whether this is relevant, but the firearm is left-handed.

Bent? Do you mean extractor or ejector? The extractor is fairly easy to remove. I've knocked them off cleaning the bolt face. Underneath the extractor is a spring loaded ball bearing. If you remove the extractor it is helpful to have a magnet around if you drop the little ball bearing.

The extractor i am looking for was part number 110-59std. Also known as a "band style extractor". Any help in finding the part or a solution would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try Jack First Gun Smithing, & Sharp Shooter Supply, if you haven't tried them.
