Looking to make a few rifles with Model 10 & cut-rifled barrels. Have a few question

I want to build 2-3 rifles to finish up my bolt-gun wish list: .223, 6CM, and 7WSM. So, 2 SA and 1 LA to be bought. However, I want to use cut-rifled barrels and Timney Triggers. Anyone ever go down this road? I am guessing I can do the .223 if I can get a pre-cut barrel, but other than SSS and Rayhill, any other smiths I should consider?

I am looking for the same accuracy that the Remmy & Remmy Clones are getting and all 3 will be for tactical matches and ringing steel.
