New mag follower for 257 Bob?

I am thinking of rebarreling my Model 12 22/250 to 257 Roberts. I pushed a few Bob rounds into the mag and noticed they wanted to ride bullet down a little bit. Do I need a different follower or just need the same but new? The current follower is around 15 years old and has seen a ton of use. Thanks for any advice.

Might not need to replace the follower, try replacing the spring first. Of course, it couldn't hurt to replace the follower too.

Do you have the older flat spring or the newer one? The newer springs can be bent a bit to aid feeding.
