I looked this model up on savages web site and the specs all say n/a. Where can I find some info on this model.

let see heavy 26" barrel, accutriger and accustock, what else are you looking for? you can download catalog from savage the information is printed on one of the pages. I'm in between trying to decide between 12 fcv and 10 fcp for myself...

How much does it weigh? They list the predator max1 with 24 inch heavy barrel and accustock at 8.5 pounds. Will the 12fcv be about the same? Also what twist on the .204?

In the Savage catalog page 66/67 actual page 35 you will find this table:

Twist for .204 is 1:12, it weights 9 lbs, it has detachable box mag and oversized bolt handle...

Look at the info on the website for the 12FV. It should be close, very close.
