SSS Trigger

Can someone post a pic of a SSS competition trigger installed? I cannot seem to get mine to fit properly. If I set the new trigger inside the trigger housing, the safety will not work. Plus the holes do not line up unless I remove material.

Kind of frustrated at this point. Please help.

It may be because of the receiver, Pre-AT or AT and the trigger, old or new style.
Go to http://www.sharpshootersupply.com/, on left select " Tech Updates" then scroll down to the section on triggers.

You'll also want to back off the over travel and safety adjustment screws then install the trigger.

I got it. I just had to open the hole a bit for the new bolt. It was a sinch to install and adjust. I like it.

There are 2 different triggers so maybe you got the wrong one.

One for accutrigger guns, one for stevens and preaccutrigger.

The stevens uses a bar that goes though the housing and that matches with the safety clip spring.

Tha accutrigger uses a coil spring for the same purpose but in a different location I believe.

The comp trigger is for both models. You just need to make a modification to the accutrigger housing for it to work. My rifle was the pre accutrigger. I had to make the hole for the pivot pin larger for the new bolt that comes with the SSS trigger.
