I pick up a 17hh neck die rcbs. I set the die up just off bottom of shell holder. I neck sized one case from a once fired factory box and neck sized 7 from a box that I have loaded and trimmed 5 times. I was actually going out to work on my 6.5 284 but while I was out there thought I might try out new die. The round in the once fired box would not chamber the other 7 from the 5 time fired case chambered all right. I am confused does any one have idea about problem.
