250 Savage brass

Sorry for the most likely dumb question but ive noticed Norma now makes 22-250 brass and its in stock way more than the win 250 brass. can i neck up 22-250 brass to 250 ? if so how as im just now ordering my first press and i got the rifle today

Its in stock way more than Win brass, because it costs way more. Don't get me wrong, its good stuff, but dang!

As far as necking it up, yes you can, but watch out for donuts.
