I usually get 20 to 30 loadings.

Keep the load resonable and properly anneal when the brass starts to get hard and you can get many reloads. One big thing when setting up your dies is to keep from over sizing. Get to know your chamber and they will last a while. Make sure you trim that ar brass as it gets loooooong.

Why don't you load the 556 brass? Most times it is as good as and sometimes better than a lot of the commercial brass.

I can't say that I have ever worn any out.

There will be some variables affecting the life of your brass. You've already added one with full length sizing, which many of us do as well, myself included. That typically gives me 9-10 reloads before the brass starts showing it's age.

I have 15 rounds on one batch
But I have also had some that lasted 3-4 rounds due to load testing (hot loads).
Most of my loading is for bolt action
Over all 223 is very easy on brass in my application

Totally depends on how hot you load. I bought 1000 a couple of years ago and reform to 222 and shoot only cast at 2800fps. The primer pockets get wore out and loose before the brass cracks. Expect to never have to buy another 223 case in my lifetime and I shoot a few shots every week. I have no idea how many times they get reloaded but it's a bunch. I highly suspect I do more wear and tear on them cleaning them than shooting. Like my brass shiny. It shots better....lol.Just pitch them when the primers won't stay in.

My mentor taught me 4 and done. I have gone to 5 or 6 a few times, but after that, they go to the scrap bucket. No sense in risking a case head separation. Then when I cash in on scrap brass, I just buy new ones.
