amax 105gr .243 all gone

where are all the 105gr amax just got my new model 12 .243 vlp and the best 1000yd bullet is now unobtainium lookin to get 500 from one batch but can't find em any leads on this lead.?

Yep, as soon as they announced the halt on their production, they disappeared. I just hope I have enough to get me until they are available again. If not, I picked up a few hundred Bergers.

Man, I'm low on the 105 A-Max and have been going crazy trying to find any! It figures my 6mm Norma BR would like that bullet the best.....

I think grafs had 105 and 107 bthp. They are nosler and in stock.

Powder Valley usually has the 105 hp match in boxes of 500. I shoot both at 600 yards and see less than an inch change in poi. The amax does seem a bit more consistent on windy days. I use the same load for both wich yields an avg. velocity of 2893 fps. Out of a 20" barrel. They may work for you too.

Anyway, I think the 105gr AMax will return or at least something equal or better. It's too hot of a seller not to.
