Walnut Stock question LA

I am assembling a hunting rifle for this years deer season and want to put together a "pretty" gun this time. People always talk about how a Savage is so accurate but about as pretty as a mud fence. To a certain extent, I agree, but that doesn't have to be the case. Savage has put many beautiful rifles out and I intend on this to be a "pretty" example as well. I am using a deep blue 114 LA action, a stainless 30-06 factory barrel, Blue Leupold base and silver rings, and a silver Nikon scope.
My question is what are my factory or affordable aftermarket stock options in Walnut? I am familiar with Boyds already. Preferably one similar to the 114 classic. I need it to have a blind staggerfeed mag but would also like it to have a raised cheek piece with a gloss finish. In my search on Numrich, I can find a gloss BM SF stock but without the raised comb, or a DBM, gloss stock with the raised comb. What I need is a gloss, BM, SF, with raised comb. Have I completely confused everyone?

I have a 116 American Classic in 30-06 that came with a factory walnut stock. I didn't like the finish it had on it, and ended up stripping it, replacing the plastic grip and forend caps with ebony, repointing the checkering, and putting an oil finish on it. Main point is, you might be able to get a walnut stock direct from Savage. I'll post a picture for you in a little bit.

I would love to see that! Is yours a blind magazine, DBM, or hinged floorplate? Does it have the raised comb cheek piece?

With a little tlc, a guy/gal can turn an ugly duckling that shoots lights out right out of the box, into a swan that will drive tacs AT&T style. And still have less invested than some factory rifles that don't shoot as well.

Can you give some details on that stock? That has to be one of the finest stocks I have seen with a Savage built on it.

It is actually a richards microfit, weatherby style, middle grade caro walnut. Took a ton of work. Looked like it was carved with a chainsaw. I would not recommend unless you have tons of time to work on it.

No they are just gloss Burris turn in. I wanted a classic custom rifle look. It was a 338-06 while it stuck together. I don't know what I will use the stock for at the moment.

What wood do they use that gives that red coloe on the grip cap and tip?
