LA, Blind Magazine, CF help needed

I have a CF action that has been used in a custom single shot stock. When I got the donor rifle, it came with the DBM. I thought I would never use it so I sold it. Now I want to use this action to put together a hunting rifle for this deer season. I would like to get a boyds stock set up as a blind magazine. I am having some trouble figuring out what parts I need to do this. I know I need a box and follower, anything else? Does anyone know the part numbers or a source? Maybe you have one laying around? Any guidance in this would be greatly appreciated.
