I am in great need for a rear (right) baffle for my 110 C Savage 270. It appears to be an out of stock item and hard to find. Without it i am dead in the water for hunting season. It must have had a crack in it from the previous owner and either he did not know or did not tell. Never the less it is not safe to shoot, but my favorite rifle. Is there anyone out there that could suggest help with locating a new piece? Thanks a whole lot.

P.S. It is an older version of the 110c and is the older flat back.

Ok someone with a little more knowledge can correct me but i think the round back baffle will work if your scope base does not interfere with it. TAKE NOTE THAT I AM JUST THINKING OUT LOUD

Did / does it look like this? It's from an older (1990's) 110 model.
Whatcha think?

Ok guys, we are on the edge here.

I know you all know that the rules prohibit buying or selling (or offers to buy or sell) outside of the classifieds.

So far, no one has crossed that line, although we do have one offer to give. I want to make sure that things stay this way.

I am sure that, if the OP wants to post a WTB ad, he will purchase a paid membership and post his ad in the Want To Buy section of the classifieds.

- Just trying to maintain good order and discipline.

:help:

At the very top and a little to the right you will see "Notifications" It may have a number greater than zero next to it. Try to follow that link.

Scroll up to the top of this page.
At the very top on the right side - click on "Notifications" - follow it from there.

OR

Top of page, left side & look for "Savage FAQ" - Directly under that is "private messages" (PM)

Good luck & if you get lost, shoot a red flare up. We'll look for you.....

So, uuuhhhhhhhh...... Where'd he go?

Did this guy fall off the face of the planet? I've got carpal tunnel syndrome from typing so many PM's.
