Here's a follower with the spring. It should just sit with the spring against the bottom of the stock when assembled and that will push the follower into position in the mag well.

The original had a leaf spring and I'll bet someone in the classifieds here probably has an original.

The action holes will be the two holes that the screws that hold the stock to the action go in to. If you have any doubt just put the screws into their holes in the action while it's out of the stock and measure from the center of one screw to the next.

This might help you out a little...

I REALLY like the old 110 series rifles... You got a great deal.

Now I see. :)
looks like the stock is set up for a detachable box but the action is not. I would recommend a paid membership ( costs about half a box of cheap ammo) and a trip to the classifieds. Find yourself a blind mag stock, and a spring and follower. Shouldn't be too difficult to find exactly what you need.
OR
One of the vendors here will have what you're looking for no problem. Check with Jim at Northland Shooters Supply or Fred at Sharp Shooter Supply
Problem solved.

The spacing between they action bolts is, 4.25 it's a stagger, 4.40 it's a center, or if you remove the stock from they action, if the box stays with they action it's a stagger if the box stays in the stock it's a center.
