I don't think its the bipod since I bought it new, I think I'm going to try and shim it some way, just cant decide if I want to use some shim plastic, heavy tape, moleskin/leather, or a thin piece of wood wrapped in tape.
I have seen some bent. Might be why the guy was selling it. Pull it off and hold it up to look at it. You might be able to straighten it out if this is the case. If it is the action you could try to put some mole skin on one side or something to shim it and see if it is something you can work with.
