But my dealer is no longer in stock this rifle and I have to wait until April to get this rifle ..

Welcome. Your English is better that some Americans on the sites that I frequent. I believe that you can not go wrong buying this gun. I own the same gun in a 1 in 9" 22-250 and would recommend it more depending on what you want to do with it. Your choice, however, is excellent.

I agree. Same gun in 204. You can't go wrong.
Are any calibers available? You could always change out the barrel. Might cost more in the end, but you get what you want.

In my opinion the 12 VLP is an excellent rilfe. I have one in .223 / 9" twist, it's one of my favorite guns.
