Hi guys- first post. I have an older Stevens 200 (maybe 6 or 7 years old) and I'd like to put a decent stock on it. I want to get a stock with the spider web pattern. No, I can't paint one myself. Other than the B&C Carbelites, are there any others you can think of?

Most of the B&C can be had that way. I like the B&C Duramaxx myself, but you'll have to look around for NOS or used as B&C discontinued them a year or so back. The Medalist may be another good choice.

Check with www.stockadegunstocks.com and see the various styles they offer. I believe you can buy finished ones from them in web patterns.

Thanks. I was looking at the B&C Carbelite. Now I'm thinking I might just have the stocks I have painted- maybe cerakoted. They are already pillar bedded, and then I can still use the Limbsavers I've installed. Plus, if it goes wrong, I can always buy new ones anyway.
