Hey guys,
I just recently came across a Lakefield model 954 L.S. which if I am not mistaken was made by Savage in Canada. However i can not find ANY information on the gun. It is in fairly good shape however there are a few dings in the stock which i plan on re finishing. My questions are, 1 can anyone give me a little more information on the rifle. And 2, the trigger is HEAVY and i want to adjust it. I know there is a way to adjust it however I wanted to talk to some other "savage heads" before i tear into this thing.
