Win 17 Super Magnum - Ammo

In a good day of squirrel hunting in Northern California I can shoot 300 - 400 rounds a day. I have been able to get 10 boxes of 20 gr ammo to use on my next hunt. I am hearing that others using 25 gr ammo are getting tighter groups with the 25 gr ammo. I find dealers with the 20 gr but no one has the 25 gr in my area. All the dealers say " It's coming".

Hi Frank, here in Florida, it's just the opposite. 25 gr here and there and never even seen any 20 gr.
BTW, I got a 'product arrival notice' from Midway on the 20 gr .17 WSM and as soon as I replied, it was gone. This is the 3 rd time it's happened.....

Now I haven't had an issue but things I have read in "published articles" is that it is a good idea to clean the B.Mag every 50 shots, less even. Better take that cleaning kit out with you Max
