Savage 63K?

Hi

I just picked up a savage 63K, does anyone know anything about these? It has a full length stock, and a lock to keep the trigger from being pulled.(which I don't have a key for) The rifle is a single shot. Its a little crude, but I saw it in a local pawn shop and liked it. I will post pictures as soon as I get it back together, it had a broker extractor so I took it apart to change it and don't have it back together yet.

What else did you wanna know, you just described the whole gun.

They also made the 63M which was the same thing only in 22 magnum.

Yours is a 63K, the K stands for "key". They were made in the 80's sometime I believe.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has one, if so, how do you like it? They don't seem real common, do you know where I could get a key?
