Creedmoor dies

Guy I am needing to buy a set of dies in 6.5 creedmoor. I been searching and hornady seem to be mostly available. Question, on there dies do you set the fl die at full cam or before camming over? I prefer a fl die you set at full stroke but was told hornady dies are set right before you cam over

I ram the ram up till it touches the die and then slowly screw down the die until I get just a hint of a cam. Then tighten down the lock nut.

Wow. I always measure my case headspace and adjust until i bump the shoulder back .001 or .002. Am I doing something wrong?
