Anybody know what commonly found holsters will fit the 1907?

If you are reasonably handy, Old Faithful Holsters will sell you a kit to make a very nice holster that you custom fit to your pistol. They have a number of videos out on youtube that tell you how to fit the holsters to your own firearm.

Check out their website, http://oldfaithfulholsters.com/ If you do decide to purchase one, don't forget to check out their "tell a friend" discount.

I get no kickback, but have one of their holsters and really like it.

Here's a couple good photo's of an original holster for these guns. The retention strap was added later and wasn't part of the original design. They were basically designed about the same as todays pocket holsters for the likes of a Ruger LCP or Kel-Tec P-32 as front pockets were a lot bigger back in the day. May be able to have a local leather guy replicate it for ya.

Just an FYI: The Hunter 1100R 19 fits the Savage like a glove! The 1100G 19 fits, too, but a little looser than the R.
