Tactical Works bolt handle

Does anyone know if the Tactical works bolt handles are newly machined parts or are they modified factory bolt handles with new knobs installed. Looking specifically at the teardrop version.

I have a few of them for my rigs. All are "new", no added knobs. It's been said that they were from SSS but no info to back that up.
I do know that they were "out of stock" for a long while. Better get them while you can if they're available.

Just for future reference the bolt knob I received is a casting of some sort. There is definite parting line on the part. Not sure how it was made but it is not machined from bar stock, the knob may be but the handle is not.
