Has no one ever used this combo? Or similar bullet? I have looked on the forums for a couple hours and have not found any info on it. :o

It has very similar burn rate to Varget and RL15. I can not find the Hornady data to show max anywhere online

Any help would be appreciated

This might help. http://www.lapua.com/en/products/reloading/vihtavuori-reloading-data/relodata/5/70 It shows the 175 and the 180gr bullets. you should be able to work something out from there.

thanks I had seen that but I guess I will go with 42 as max and work up to that. Someone did run QL with my brass water weight and COAL I am using but we got way higher max load than 42 gr

44.6 was only at 62,000PSI

Similar to varget not just in burn rate but in properties.

that is what I was told by my gunsmith(who knows his stuff) and looking at burn rate charts. Appears to be same/similar to Varget/RL15

ladder test at 600 yards showed promise.

The low node that repeated itself 2 times. This was 3 different charge weights

The higher node. Which was also 3 different charges(3rd charge was just below "7" in between the caliper jaws)
