savage 10fp problem

hey guys. i have a sav 10fp and i just put a stockade stock on it. the rifle shoots great but once i get a round in its hard to rotate the bolt open and closed. like really hard. its rotates just fine empty. any suggestions? this makes follow up shots very difficult bc i cant rechamber a round very fast at all and it takes alot of force.

Did this change after you put the new stock on or has it always done this?

when i changed stocks. i think i figured it out. was the fwd action screw being too long. its still not extracting very well. this happened on both stocks tho. it doesnt throw it very far. more or less drops it out. the spent round leaves the chamber, just doesnt throw very well.
