Predator Max 110 Rebarrel

I think I know the answer but too much good knowledge not to check.

With this rifle if I choose to rebarrel to 6.5 x 55 from the 6.5 x 284 offering with either a McGowen or Shilen chambered 6.5 x 55 drop in it is simply a barrel change and head spacing issue correct?

I am assuming the stock will be fine for Savage varmint contour as well.

Is your rifle a 110 or a 10? the 110 is a long action and if so then yes just install and headspace and you should be good to go. If your rifle is a model 10, then it should be a short action and a 6.5x55 may be too long to fit in your magazine.

As long as your action is long enough then yes, pop on the new barrel and headspace and off to the range you go. ;)

Yep 110 and long action so Swede should be fine
