Anyone have an idea what powder is used in the 140 grain ballistic silvertip in 7mm08. My rifle groups these very well. I know that the Nosler combined technology 140 gn. projectile is what is used in the factory loads. I would like to reload my Winchester zinc plated cases as close as possible to the factory load. Is the powder an off the shelf blend, or something they create in house? Type and grains used would be a big help. Relatively new to reloading so any info or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

I believe ammo mfgr's use powders not available to you & I. Also, I wouldn't try to ID a powder by looks....

Get yourself a Lyman manual & do a load work up to be safe. Chances are you'll end up with something more accurate & consistent than anything commercially available.
And don't forget to save that brass.....
