How many rds do you send thru your Savage 308 on a yearly basis?:confused:

At the current rate 1000/yr. But I don't think I will keep it up, so I will say 300/yr for the next year.

sounds about the same for me. when i 1st got my tack driver, it was none stop or so it seem,d. I think I too can swing 300 as well.

I usually load and shoot about 1,300 rounds of 308 a years but they are shot through 5 different rifles.
I shoot my target rifles the most and they gets about 1000 rounds a year. Most of my hunting rifles get about 100 round each a year.

I've never counted. Just guesstimation - I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 to 2500. I'm still doing load work up on it with all the different weight bullets.
Anyone know the average life span of a .308 barrel?
