.556 in 223

How many people here shoot .556 nato ammo in their .223 and has there ever been a problem? Looking for a first hand account of an actual problem. I hear some stories about a cousins brothers neighbours uncles best friends daughters boyfriend but I would like to find if there has ever been an actual problem. This means damage to a rifle, shooter or bystander.
