About 2 or 3 years ago I saw these guns in 223 and 22-250 at a Gander Mountain. The clerk I asked about them told me they were a special run for G.M. I thought when I first saw them that they were used, but they were new.

Thanks palerider338 for the link....I guess I will have to call Savage to see what the DOB is.

I still wonder if Savage will maybe make it good seeing I have taken it off the action??? I guess if I don't ask, the answer is already NO! :p
