I just ordered a Rem 260 cut barrel for my Rem 700, also have a barrel in 300 win mag bull coming from Jim. Did you do the install yourself?

Actually Russell stuck this one on, but I have installed several. It's easy. The plan is the glue the nut in place after I set the headspace, then there is no need to headspace it again.
