Looking for aftermarket stock for the 11/111 Hog Hunter in long action .338 win mag. It is a heavy bbl stock. I do not want a heavy stock. It is a quick handling rifle with a 20 inch bbl.
Any ideas are welcome. Yes I have researched Stockys and Boyds. I don't see what I want there.

Well, what do you want?
A hunting stock? A varmint stock? A tacti-cool stock?
Fiberglass? Hardwood? Laminate? Plastic?
The devil is in the details, and without details it's pretty much impossible to offer up a useful recommendation.

if your wanting light you could always take a tupperware stock epoxy in some carbon arrows in the forend to stiffen it up.

The recoil pocket on the plastic stocks is the flex point and you can't anything about it.

Hunting stock. Don't care about material as long as it is drop in. Must be at least pillar bedded.

The laminates are stout. They really don't need pillars for a hunting gun.
