Is this a decent deal?

Local guy has a stock model 12 BVSS in 223 with a 26" fluted barrel. Comes with a 4-16 Pentax scope and cheap bipod. He wants $700. I would likely part it out. Figure the scope is worth $75-100 and the stock is worth probably $160. I dunno what the barrel would be worth. He claims only 100 shots down the tube. I primarily just want the action and trigger for a build. Worth it or should I pass?

Hi lets see $700 - $150 stock -$150 barrel -$100 scope, = $300 yea that's a good deal, you are going to have to do some leg work but worth it.

Cool, didn't know the value on the stock barrel. I'll have to see if I can work out a deal with him
