Why do Midway bolts not have ejectors??

I mentioned on another thread that one I ordered comes this way and was wondering if anyone knew why?

So they can charge you an extra 5 bucks and make you wait for it in the mail. Honestly I don't know.

Because that is the way they recieve them from Savage. If they installed the parts the price would go way up.
